This is a Patrick RB3B trumpet mouthpiece, formerly known as the RB3C, and the Rick Baptist Signature Model. It comes like new in the original box, with only a few minor scratches on the shank from what appears to have been a brief play test. The rim, cup, and plating are flawless.

• Cup & Backbore: The cup has more overall volume than a standard 3C, using a B-cup design derived from a slightly smaller mouthpiece. This creates a warmer, more expansive sound while maintaining efficiency and excellent endurance. The mouthpiece features a #27 throat (0.1440") and Patrick’s classical backbore for smooth airflow and a centered, responsive feel.
