This Vincent Bach Corp. New York 9B trumpet mouthpiece is an original from the pre-1953 New York era, highly sought after for its craftsmanship and playability. The “B” cup offers a slightly shallower option compared to the standard No. 9, delivering a bit more brilliance while retaining warmth and depth.

This piece is in excellent overall condition, with 100% intact silver plating and just a few minor blemishes, including a small ding on the shank (visible in photos). The mouthpiece has been tested in several of our shop trumpets and fits securely with no issues.

This piece measures at a #26 bore size, once size larger than the #27 bore listed in the Vincent Bach catalog. It is unknown if it came from the factory like this or was opened later.
